1. Overview of the 7-Day Indexing Guarantee
At FreeBacklinkIndexer, we deploy enterprise-grade discovery protocols—including autonomous spider routing, real-time cloud push signals, and direct crawler triggers.
Because search engine spiders require time to crawl, compute, and propagate new URLs across global datacenter clusters, every Pro Turbo submission is backed by a mandatory 7-day indexing cycle.
When backlinks are submitted, search engines (Googlebot, Bingbot) do not index pages instantaneously. Submissions must remain in active process for at least 7 full days to give crawler bots sufficient time to visit and record the URLs. An immediate refund option would cancel the active crawl pipeline before search engines can complete their scheduled crawl.
2. How the 7-Day Escrow Mechanism Works
- Credit Escrow on Submission: When you submit a batch of URLs using Pro Turbo mode, 1 credit per valid URL is deducted from your active balance and placed into secure platform escrow.
- 7-Day Active Processing Window: The system continuously coordinates discovery signals and crawler dispatches during the initial 7 days.
- Index Status Verification: After the 7-day cycle has elapsed, the indexing status of each URL is verified against search engine indexes.
- 100% Automatic Refund: If any URL fails to be indexed or crawled by search engines within this 7-day window, 100% of the Pro credits allocated to that unindexed URL are automatically credited back to your account wallet.
3. Eligible Backlink Types
The 7-Day Refund Guarantee applies to all standard, publicly accessible web URLs, including:
- Web 2.0 properties (Google Sites, Medium, Blogger, Tumblr, WordPress.com, Substack).
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 backlink pyramids.
- Guest blog posts, niche edits, and press releases.
- Forum profile links, community discussion threads, and social bookmarks.
4. Exclusions & Non-Refundable Scenarios
Credits will not be refunded if a URL is fundamentally unreachable due to webmaster error or deliberate violations:
- 404 Not Found or Deleted URLs: Pages that have been deleted or taken offline by their hosting provider.
- Pages with
noindexDirectives: Pages whose HTML source code contains<meta name="robots" content="noindex">or an HTTP response headerX-Robots-Tag: noindexblocking search engines. (Note: Our pre-index health auditor automatically warns you before you submit). - Password-Protected or Restricted URLs: URLs hidden behind private logins, paywalls, or strict country-blocking Cloudflare captchas.
