3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to submit or process URLs that:

  • Contain or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or viruses.
  • Promote phishing scams, fraudulent financial schemes, or identity theft.
  • Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
  • Contain illegal content or violate applicable local, state, or international laws.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and blacklist URLs that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without notice or credit refund.

4. Search Engine Indexing & Rankings Disclaimer

Important Search Engine Notice:
FreeBacklinkIndexer guarantees the technical dispatch of your URLs to search engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, YandexBot) via official protocols. However, search engines maintain proprietary, autonomous algorithms. While our crawl discovery velocity exceeds 94.8%, whether a search engine chooses to keep an indexed URL in its long-term index or assign it specific keyword rankings depends on the underlying quality, relevance, and uniqueness of your target page.

5. Pro Credits & Escrow Guarantee

Pro Turbo credits are deducted upon submission and placed into a 7-day escrow. Submissions must remain in active process for 7 days before unindexed links become eligible for refund. In accordance with our 7-Day Refund Policy, any URL verified as unindexed at the conclusion of the 7-day window receives an automatic 100% credit refund back to the user's account wallet.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall FreeBacklinkIndexer, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our indexing tools.
